The City Clerk's Office accepts passport applications on behalf of the
U.S. Department of State.

The City Clerk's Office also takes digital passports photos.

Passport Applications Accepted by Appointments Only
Passport applications will be accepted by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings/afternoons.

Appointments can only be scheduled using the online booking service.

Please schedule your appointment online.   All Application Forms must be filled out prior to the appointment.

Be sure to bring appropriate payments - Credit Card Payments are not accepted.

Fees
Passport Fees:  $110.00 - Adults 16 and older; 
                         $80.00 - for ages 15 and younger    
  Payments must be made by check or money order only. 
  Checks should be made payable to the U.S. Department of State.

Processing Fee:  $25.00 - Cash and Checks only. 
  Checks should be made payable to the City of Centennial.

Digital photo fee:  $10.00 for two passport photos
  Checks should be made payable to the City of Centennial.
