The Office of the City Clerk is responsible for:

Maintenance of City Records - All Open Records Requests should be directed to this office.

Municipal Elections - The City Clerk is the Designated Elections Official for the City of Centennial

Liquor Licensing - All applications, renewals and record-keeping for Centennial Liquor Licenses are handled by this office

Clerk of City Council - The City Clerk’s Office staffs and records the minutes for the City Council meetings 

Centennial - Your City Booklet - This booklet was designed by the City Clerk's Office for 3rd and 4th grade students.  This booklet provides educational information and games to help kids learn about the City of Centennial and local government.  A copy of the booklet can be downloaded from the link above, or contact the City Clerk's Office if requesting multiple copies.
