Lost and Found Pets
Overview
The goal of Centennial Animal Services (CAS) is to reunite a lost pet with its owner. If your pet is missing, CAS is a good place to start your search. CAS is also the place to report an animal you have found.

For most of us, our pets are important, cherished members of our family. Be sure that your pet is wearing a collar complete with City of Centennial license tag, identification tag, and rabies tag information. Microchip implants are also a great way to make sure your animal makes it home safely if it becomes lost.

Lost Pet?
If you have lost your pet, call CAS. A lost pet report will be completed. We will also suggest other agencies that you should contact to place reports. You should:
  • Visit area kennels and shelters every two days.
  • Place ads in area newspapers.
  • Check around your neighborhood.
  • Ask residents if they have seen your pet.
  • Contact local veterinary hospitals.
Found a Pet?
If you have found a pet, contact CAS to complete a found report or to have the animal picked up. Sometimes CAS can match the information between a lost pet report and a found pet report and reunite a pet with its owner.
