The Council welcomes comments from the public at the beginning of each regular meeting.

Each individual will be allowed three minutes regarding matters not on the agenda, unless you are representing an organization, such as a homeowners association, where you will be allowed five minutes.

Additionally, public comments are taken during public hearings with the same time allowances. There will be speaker sign-up sheets on the table at the back of the Council Chambers.
