The City of Centennial requires testing for the following license types:

• General Contractor Class A
• General Contractor Class B
• General Contractor Class C
• HVAC
• Steam & Hot Water

The City administers examinations for General Contractors Classes B & C. Exams are based off of the 2009 IBC & IRC code books and are scheduled by appointment only.

The testing requirement may be filled by providing proof of licensing/testing with one of the following: Denver, Aurora, Littleton or the International Code Council (ICC).
